Team Member and Guest General Guidelines and Information Updated 9-13-2021:

Highlights:

  • Team members and guests that are not feeling well are asked to stay home and follow CDC guidelines
  • Team Members and guests are required to wear a mask in public spaces
  • Smoking will be limited to designated areas only
  • Guests of all ages are welcome to enter the property
  • Temperature checks for customers are voluntary. Guests may choose to use the temperature scanner at their own discretion

Personal Protection Equipment:

  • Team Members and guests are required to wear a mask in public spaces
  • A mask will be provided to all guests and team members who request one
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers have been increased throughout the property both front and back of house areas as well as key guest areas. Sanitizing dispensers are available at all high traffic areas as well as placed throughout the gaming floor for convenience when moving to new slot machines

Cleaning/Sanitizing Protocol:

  • All restrooms, elevators, counters, furniture, workstation, doors, kiosks, ATM’s, frequently used equipment and multi-touch areas will be sanitized consistently in both team member and guest areas
  • Protocols and cleaning products being utilized meet or exceed the EPA guidelines and the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing protocol has increased
  • Wheelchairs will be sanitized after each use

Executive and Player Club Services:

  • Coffee and water service will be provided by Executive Services when available – no self-serve available
  • Guests will remain at their current club status for an extended period of 6 months

Catering and Banquets:

  • All shared equipment will be sanitized before and after each use
  • All linen will be replaced and laundered after each use
  • Self-serve buffet style food service have been replaced by alternative service styles

Hotel Operations:

  • Bell and luggage carts will be sanitized after each use
  • Extra towels, pillows and blankets are available upon request
  • Housekeeping will not enter stay-over guest rooms, any refreshed items will be delivered to guest rooms in a single use bag upon request
  • Increased room cleanliness protocol to cover all touch points within each guest room including but, not limited to all furniture, doors, door knobs, phones, remotes, thermostats, curtain pulls, fixtures, blow-dryers, iron, ironing boards, luggage stands, lighting controls, hangers, microwaves, refrigerators and amenities
  • Ice and vending machines are sanitized consistently and more frequent
  • Business center is monitored for activity and is cleaned and sanitized
  • Valet services are not currently available
