The Executive Services Staff is responsible for issuing the majority of the complimentary services to Kewadin Casino Northern Reward Members.  Through consistent play on the Northern Rewards card, customers can earn complimentary services in addition to earning points.  "Consistent play" may vary depending on the player and the type of gaming the player engages in (slot play versus table play).

The complimentary items that a customer may earn include:

The staff also provides Kewadin Casino customers with updated local, promotional and entertainment news. They have flyers and rack cards on many different area attractions readily available.  If you have questions regarding the Northern Rewards Club and how complimentary items are earned, the staff will be more than happy to answer them.

Call or stop by the Executive Services Office to see if you qualify for any of the above listed complimentary items. The staff will handle your request…including booking of complimentary hotel reservations at any of the above listed hotels, as well as arranging tee times for golf outings.
