Kewadin Credits FAQ
Kewadin is excited to now offer “Kewadin Credits” beginning December 1, 2010 for the below promotions.
Player’s Day – All Sites; Two for Tuesdays – All Sites; Birthday promotion – All Sites; New Customer promotion – All Sites; Hessel Golf, Midjim Gas, Local Gas, Restaurant, and Antique Museum – Kewadin Hessel; Starline – Kewadin St. Ignace; Shipwreck Tours and Pictured Rocks – Kewadin Christmas
Q. WHAT IS MY PIN?
A. A pin number is what the player will use to access their Kewadin Credits on the machines. Most player’s pin number is pre-set to their birth year (example 1965). The pin number can be changed any time at the Northern Rewards Club.
Q. HOW DO I USE PROMOTIONAL CREDITS ON MY MACHINE?
A. When accessing promotional credits (Kewadin Credits), choose #1 when asked to choose between promotional offers.
Q. KEWADIN CREDITS DOWNLOADED MUST BE PLAYED ON THAT SLOT MACHINE.
A. This is why customers can choose to download $1, $5, $10, $20 or $50 at a time.
Q. DO KEWADIN CREDITS EXPIRE?
A. Yes, Kewadin Credits expire on the last day of the month a customer received them.
Q. WHAT MACHINES CAN I USE KEWADIN CREDITS ON?
A. Customers can use Kewadin Credits any slot machine with a “Kewadin Credit” sticker. Some machines require a minimum bet. If you do not have enough credits for a minimum bet, additional money must be put in or the credits will be left on the machine.
Q. WILL I BE ABLE TO EARN POINTS OFF MY KEWADIN CREDITS?
A. Yes, customers will earn points off of their Kewadin Credits that they play.
Q. WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT USING KEWADIN CREDITS?
A. Once Kewadin Credits are downloaded to a slot machine, they MUST be used. They can not be cashed out and they will be lost if they are not used. Kewadin Credits will always be played off the slot machine first.
Customers can cash out what they win, but any un-used Kewadin Credits will remain on the slot machine until played.
If a customer converts their points to Kewadin Credits, they must be played on the slot machine that they were downloaded to.
Q. ARE KEWADIN GOLD TOKENS / TOKEN MACHINES GOING AWAY?
A. Eventually, yes. When this happens we will be sure to give you ample notification and time to use any tokens you may have. At this time, token machines are still available.
