Sault Ste. Marie

How do I get to each of the five Kewadin Casinos?


Sault Ste. Marie       
Located at: 2186 Shunk Road, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783
Coming from the South, take I-75 N to exit 392. Turn right off of the exit, and turn right at Mackinaw Trail (second light), then take an immediate left onto Three Mile Road . Take another left onto Shunk road and drive 1/2 mile; you will see the casino on your left! Coming from the North, take I-75 to exit 394. Turn left off the exit and then turn left onto Easterday Avenue . Take this approximately one mile to Ashmun Street and turn right. Head up Ashmun approximately one mile and turn left onto Marquette Avenue . Take Marquette to Shunk Road and turn right. The casino will be on your right!       
        

St. Ignace       
Located at: 3015 Mackinac Trail, St. Ignace, MI 49781
Coming from the South, take I-75 N to exit 348, turn left onto Mackinac Trail, drive two miles and you will see the casino on your right! From the North, take I-75 S to exit 352. Turn left on M-123 and then right on Mackinac Trail. The casino will be on your left after approximately 4 miles.       
        
Hessel       
Located at: 3 Mile Road, PO Box 189, Hessel, MI 49745
Coming from the South, take I-75 N to exit 359, turn right onto M-134. Take this to Three-Mile road and turn left. Drive approximately three miles and you will find the casino on your left! From the North, take I-75 S to exit 359 and turn left onto M-134. Follow directions above.       
        
Christmas       
Located at: N7761 Candy Cane Lane, Christmas, MI 49862
Coming from the South or the North, take I-75 to M-28 West at exit 386. Follow this route straight to Christmas (approximately 2 1/2 hours) and you will find the casino on your left!       
        
Manistique       
Located at: US 2 E. Rte. 1, 5630W US HWY 2, Manistique, MI 49854
Coming from the South, take I-75 N to exit 344 B. Turn right onto US-2. Follow US-2 to Manistique (approximately 1 1/2 hours) and you will find the casino on your right! From the North, take I-75 S to M-28 exit 386 towards Newberry / Munising. Take M-28 to M-117 towards Engadine and turn left. Take this approximately 16 miles to US-2 and turn right. The casino will be on your right in approximately 1 hour

To register for our direct mail via e-mail program, visit www.kewadin.com and click on the Direct Mail option, located under the Players Club menu tab.

My address has changed, how do I update it?
You may contact our Northern Rewards Club booth by stopping in at any of the five Kewadin Casinos.

Are there any computer requirements for joining this program?
We do recommend the following browsers:  Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape 8.0, or Firefox 1.5.   The recommended operating system is Windows XP SP2.  Other requirements are:  Valid E-Mail Address that allows SPAM Working Printer.

I don't remember my Northern Rewards Club number. Can you email it to me?
To protect the privacy of our customers, we are unable to send Northern Rewards Club numbers via email without verifying your information. You may contact our Northern Rewards Club booth by stopping in at any of the five Kewadin Casinos or calling 1-800-KEWADIN to obtain your number. If you are calling in to retrieve your number, please have your address, driver’s license number, and date of birth available.

I submitted the survey, but it said that my information doesn't match. What should I do?
In order for us to protect your account, we must verify that you are a Northern Rewards Club member. If we don't have your correct name or current address in the Northern Rewards Club system, we can not successfully register you with this program.  Please update your information at the Northern Rewards Club booth by stopping in at any of the five Kewadin Casinos or calling 1-800-KEWADIN. If you are calling to update your account information, please have your address, driver’s license number, and date of birth available. Note: Any changes to your account may take up to 7 days to be available through the website.

I don't have a Northern Rewards Club Number, can I still sign up for this program?
This program is only for Northern Rewards Club Members only. Please stop by our Northern Rewards Club booth at any of our five Kewadin Casinos to sign up.  Registration is free and easy, just bring a valid identification and you will be on your way to earning cash, comps and other great rewards.

I signed up, but still haven't received my confirmation email. Where is it?
Sometimes our e-mail will get sent to the junk / bulk mail folders. You can do two things to solve this problem.  

Report this blocking problem to your e-mail service provider. Below is the information you will need regarding our server.

  • Sender Email Address: bouncekewadin@ivnwmail1.vcrm2.com


*And, to ensure delivery to your inbox (not bulk or junk mail folders), please add offers@kewadin.com to your address book and/or safe senders list.  You can usually do this by clicking on the “options” button in your e-mail program.

Also, you may have misspelled your email address. Click the sign-up link and resubmit your information and be sure to type your email address correctly.

If you have a current offer and would like to redeem it, visit any Northern Rewards Club booth during your next visit with a valid identification and your club number.  If you are not able to print your e-coupon again, you may be opted out of the e-mail program and will then receive all coupons via postal mail.

Please contact us if you wish to unsubscribe and you can not get into your e-mail.  You will need to send us an e-mail with the word “opt-out” in the subject line along with your first name, last name, and northern rewards club number and e-mail address.  


Why won’t the system accept my email address?
Verify that you have typed your email address correctly.

I want to sign up for the program but don’t have a computer or an e-mail address.  What do I do?
This program is targeted to those customers who have a computer / e-mail address and want to start receiving Kewadin Casino specials via e-mail and not postal mail.  Customers registering for this program will no longer receive their direct mail offers via postal mail.  If you do not have a computer or an e-mail address, you are not a candidate for this campaign and we will continue to send your direct mail offers via postal mail.  

How do I print the e-mail coupons?
To get your coupons, click on the “Get your Kewadin e-Reward” link in your original e-mail.  You should be able to print the coupons just as you would print anything from your e-mail account by using the “printer” icon or the print command under your “file” settings.  Each e-mail program is different, however, depending on your program you may need to call your e-mail provider support staff if you are having troubles.  Please try to print as much of the coupon or e-mail as you can to bring into the Northern Rewards Club to redeem its value.  

What if I can’t print my coupon.  
Printed coupons are required to redeem their value at the Northern Rewards Club booth.  If you can not print your coupon after referencing the suggestions mentioned in the above section, contact your e-mail provider support staff.  If this does not work, we recommend that you opt-out of Kewadin’s e-mail program.  You can do this by clicking on the “Modify your subscription options” link which is located at the very bottom of your Kewadin e-mail offer.  This will allow you to check a box that will exclude you from future Kewadin e-mails.  Be sure that the postal mail box is checked “yes” so you will receive your direct mail offers via postal mail.  If you have a current offer and would like to redeem it, visit any Northern Rewards Club booth during your next visit with a valid identification and your club number.  If you are not able to print your e-coupon again, you may be opted out of the e-mail program and will then receive all coupons via postal mail.

I can not access my e-mail because I do not have a computer
If you do not own a computer, you shouldn't register for this program.  By registering for this program, you allowed Kewadin to send you all coupons and specials via e-mail instead of postal mail.  If you do not have a computer, this program may not be for you.  In order to unsubscribe from this program, opt-out of Kewadin’s e-mail program.  You can do this by clicking on the “Modify your subscription options” link which is located at the very bottom of your Kewadin offer e-mail.   This will allow you to check a box that will exclude you from future Kewadin e-mails.  Be sure that the postal mail box is checked “yes” so you will receive your direct mail offers via postal mail.  

I accidentally deleted my direct mail coupons for the month.  Can you send them again?
Unfortunately, we can not re-send you the coupons.  Please check your trash box to see if it is still available to you.  In order to redeem your current offer, visit any Northern Rewards Club booth during your next visit with a valid identification and your club number.  If you are not able to print your e-coupon again, you may be opted out of the e-mail program and will then receive all coupons via postal mail.

I do not wish to receive any future e-mails but still want to receive direct mail offers.  What do I do?
In order to unsubscribe from this program, you need to opt-out of Kewadin’s e-mail program.  You can do this by clicking on the “Modify your subscription options” link which is located at the very bottom of your Kewadin e-mail offers.  This will allow you to check a box that will exclude you from future Kewadin e-mails.  Be sure that the postal mail box is checked “yes” so you will receive your direct mail offers via postal mail.

Why am I receiving my coupons in my e-mail box?  In the past, I received them in the mail.
You have registered with our direct mail via e-mail program.  Instead of receiving offers from Kewadin through postal mail, you will now receive them via e-mail.  In addition to your direct mail coupons, you will also receive entertainment updates and hotel specials.

How come I did not receive a direct mail offer this month?  
We send out a variety of direct mail pieces to our patrons.  All of the mailings are based on play level and number of visits to the casino using our Northern Rewards Card.  There are minimum levels set in order to receive a direct mail piece, so not all players will receive a mailing.  

As a customer’s carded play rises, so does the amount on their offer.  The offers are based on play per trip or per day, so it is not only the number of times a customer visits, but the amount of play each time they are here which determines the amount of the offer. A customer must play using their card within the past 12 months.

We encourage everyone to play with their Northern Rewards Card during each visit to increase your opportunity to receive our direct mail pieces.

My husband / wife / friend get e-mail rewards on their card, but I don’t and we have the same email.
Unfortunately two people can not share the same e-mail address.  E-mail will be considered spam if sent to two people at the same e-mail address.  We encourage our customers to register individually using their own e-mail address.  E-mail addresses are readily available through a variety of services including yahoo, hotmail, msn, etc.  As of March 1, 2007, you will only be able to redeem this offer with an actual voucher

My address has changed, how do I update it?
You may contact our Northern Rewards Club booth by stopping in at any of the five Kewadin Casinos or calling 1-800-KEWADIN to update your account information. If you are calling in to update your account information, please have your address, driver’s license number, and date of birth available. Note: Any changes to your account may take up to 7 days to be available through the website.

I have not been getting my direct mail via postal mail and my address is correct with your Northern Rewards Club.  What’s going on?
The U.S. Post Office is using a new CASS/DPV system to validate an address down to the physical
house number.  If you are not getting their mail, it would mean that your address is not valid.  You will need to contact your local post office.  If your post office does not deliver to certain areas, you might just need to open a PO Box.
